Sunshine Preschool – Now Enrolling
If you are new to Sunshine and would like to get a head start on completing the enrollment paperwork you can download it now, fill it out and bring it with you to the center.
You will also need to bring a copy of your child’s birth certificate, shot record, and health insurance cards.
